District Attorney to discuss April officer-involved shooting

Gray Television, Inc.

Officers found that he had a second knife with him, as well as a sword and other knives in his car. Zehring had previously been arrested for DUI in 2004 and for drug paraphernalia in 2006. He had also been charged with a misdemeanor following a 2012 police chase. Law enforcement in a neighboring county had also confiscated 53 weapons, including handguns, rifles and shotguns, from Zehring following a disturbance between family members in 2013. KAKE News will have a crew at the district attorney’s briefing at 3:30.
