Arraignment Set For Accused Knife-wielding Shoplifter

Phillips was taken into a store office by security personnel, where he brandished a folding knife with an approximately 3-inch blade and threatened to stab employees because they would not allow him to leave. A class B felony carries a prison term up to 25 years. Phillips is being held at the Muscatine County Jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond. Arraignment has been set for 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21. UPDATE: 3 Suspects Arrested in String of Pharmacy Robberies

Bradley Cole Holcomb, 20, Brody McEwen Trout, 24, and Angelic Monique Escobedo, 21, all of Twin Falls, were arrested on a variety of charges including robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary and possession of a controlled substance. Trout was also charged with having a concealed weapon. Police say the three are suspects in the robbery of the Walgreens on Blue Lakes Boulevard in June, September robberies of both Twin Falls Walgreens, the September Kmart robbery, and Thursdays robberies at Shopko and the Walgreens on Washington Street. Holcomb was out on bail after being arrested June 28 on suspicion of the June 27 Walgreens robbery. Police knew he was out on bond and all three suspects were on police radar, city spokesman Joshua Palmer said. Court records show that Holcombs bond was initially set at $500,000.
